I had the pleasure of working with Ramsey Wellman. From our initial conversation over the phone, to our first meeting I felt very confident and comfortable. This says a lot considering I am moving from Florida back to Ohio and felt at first, that building a new home would be impossible. Well, thanks to Ramsey that feeling never happened. He made it so easy to pick out what I wanted and explain absolutely everything so that I was comfortable. He even offered incentives that I had no idea were available. From the first meeting Ramsey Wellman was very knowledgeable in helping us find the perfect lot and floor plan for our family. He answered all of our questions and never made us feel like we were asking too many. John, the project manager, was also very helpful in answering questions and keeping us informed of the process of our build. We have now been in the house for 6 months and absolutely love it.
