Bailey Mills

My husband and I went to do the pre drywall inspection with my daughter and Son-in-law last week as they are currently buying a townhome in Bailey Mills. Everything went splendidly and I have to give kudos and shout outs to both Brian and Brent, who not only answered any questions but were also extreme kind and sociable thru out the whole process. Would definitely recommend this builder to othersQ

I want to thank you all, Sarah and Eva were incredible in this process, giving us the best numbers, Tyler was super precise in every detail of the construction of our house, the location is incredible and the neighbors are wonderful, it is truly an excellent investment and home so that our daughters can grow and enjoy. We bought our town home in the Bailey Mills community back in November. It was 100% a smooth and positive transaction. We love our home and the community and are excited to see it finish up. We had the most pleasant experience here. Katherine Beard is amazing and kind. She answer all questions and does not make you feel pressured to buy. Basically she cares about what we want and allows us the time with information to decide if we wanted to move forward. They also have great incentives! The neighborhood is nice with a green space. There are so many options for designing what you want. The location is great. Matthews has so much to do. So many festivals and a great sense of community. MJ (Marta Jo Sullivan) is tremendously helpful in the finance area and will work to help get you the best rates she can. She will also work with the numbers to find diff. Options for mortgage/ down payments/ etc..... she is extremely kind and funny as well. This team has made us feel so comfortable with the whole process of buying and building new. They include you in everything. Def. Recommend if looking for a nice neighborhood in a great area with a great team!
