Bailey Mills

My husband and I have been looking for a new community for a while, and when we saw the pictures online of Bailey Mills, we knew this was probably the place. Our feelings were confirmed when we spoke with Patrick and he did a video tour of the model, and also spoke with us about the many features of the Serenade model. Patrick was wonderful. His personality was so friendly that it felt as if we were speaking with a friend and not a sales agent. He took the time to thoroughly explain all the features and benefits of the community and if not for Patrick , we maybe would have waited until we actually could see the community in person. Patrick was so wonderful and did such a good job that we felt comfortable going under contract while we were on our cruise in the middle of the ocean, without seeing the place in person first. We did eventually see it in person and love everything about the home. Patrick is truly an asset to Ryan Homes.

Patrick was such a great help to my Fiance and I in the home buying process!! This neighborhood is going to be amazing, we can’t wait to move in.

I can't tell you how much of a pleasure it has been to work with Patrick Ingrassia and Brian Walsh. They both have a wealth of knowledge. I received prompt responses whether emailing or texting either of them. Brian takes his job as site manager very seriously, every time I popped by to see how things were coming along on the build he was there. Also, to note I received weekly updates which meant I didn't actually have to do so many visits, however that is the Realtor in me:-). If I could give these guys 10 stars I would! Can't forget about Eva with NVR if you want to work with a Lender who knows her numbers and who will work diligently to get you to closing, she is your one. Awesome team to work with!

My husband and I just completed our walkthrough of our home at Bailey Mills Townhomes. We are so beyond impressed with the finished product. Brian Walsh, the Project Manager has been outstanding!!! He has been attentive, responsive in every way and made this feel more like a custom private builder experience. We have never felt that we were one of many. My husband and I have purchased several new construction homes in the past and this has by far been the best experience. It is obvious from viewing the home, that even the smallest areas have been finished to perfection. Our last home, which was over $1,000,000 was not finished as nice as this home. We can both say that this has been the most pleasant and by far the best craftmanship than our prior new construction projects. Brian is definitely one of the best assets of Ryan Homes and knowing he is the Project Manager makes me feel confident in recommending Ryan Homes to anyone that is looking to build a new home. We are so grateful that he was the Project lead for our home and are confident that we will enjoy living there for years to come. Further, given his attention to detail and oversight at the construction site, we are confident that we can depend on the construction integrity of the home.

Working with Kathy, our sales representative for our new house, was an absolute pleasure. Her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for our needs made the entire home-buying process smooth and enjoyable. Her responsiveness and attention to detail ensured that all our questions were promptly addressed, giving us confidence in our decision-making. With Kathy's guidance, we found the perfect home that meets all our requirements. Brian, our project manager for building our house, was exceptional in every aspect. Brian demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to ensuring our home was built to perfection. He kept us informed and involved throughout the entire process, addressing any concerns promptly and efficiently. Brian's attention to detail and dedication to quality craftsmanship were evident in every aspect of the construction. Thanks to his expertise, we now have a beautiful home that exceeds our expectations.

Bailey Mills is awesome ! The townhomes are super spacious and luxurious! Patrick made the process of purchasing a home so easy ! He was very patient and answered all the questions my husband and I had . Patrick was extremely detailed throughout the whole process and not once, did we feel any pressure to buy from him. He knew exactly what we were looking for , and provided the best guidance. Eva, whom represents the lender was extremely helpful and kind throughout the process as well! This whole process has been amazing, and we are so excited to move into our new home soon. Would HIGHLY recommend Bailey Mills!!
