Wellington Farms Townhomes

Ryan Homes has gotten it right with the Wellington Farms community. Everything about the experience (from initial sales to closing) has been stress free. Nate Silva was a true sales professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand my needs / wants, offered relevant suggestions and made the final sales process smooth. Nate also went above and beyond after the initial sales process to assist me with challenges that occurred due to my travel and relocation schedule. His flexibility and responsiveness was impressive. Mike Brewrink, the Project Manager, was also a pleasure to work with. He was very communicative and actively followed up on each of my questions. His attention to detail and expectation of quality standards was impressive as he proactively identified items that I didn't notice during the final walkthrough. I have relocated several times throughout my career and have worked with many of the national builders on previous new home builds. This experience with Ryan Homes at Wellington Farms has rated at the very top. Thanks to the entire team!

My family and I are looking for our new single family home and recently visited Wellington Farms in Howard county. We had such a great experience we had to share. The level of professionalism, attention to detail, and follow up that our rep Joe showed was first class. We had a lot of construction related questions which he was also able to answer since he used to build the homes! We had great experience with sales person Lori at Wellington farms, Laurel MD. My home buying experience with Lori was exceptional! I had the opportunity to work with Lori and their excellent team. Lori made an exceptional effort in letting us know of the good schools in the area that will be best for my kids in the long run and me. I was able to secure a house within a month and a working with Lori. There are so many steps into the home buying process but Lori made everything so easy for us.

I absolutely fell in LOVE with the beautiful townhomes here! They are in a fantastic, safe area with ideal schools and are centrally located. This community is going to be great! Nate was super helpful since me and my Fiancé are first time home buyers with very little experience. He was really patient with us and was able to explain the whole process to us from beginning to end, making sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Ryan homes to anyone interested!

Awesome community in an even better location - super convenient, but tucked into a private setting. They have fairly priced townhomes for Howard County with a great selection of floorplans & move in timelines. The community has a swimming pool, clubhouse, fitness center, & park for my family. The sales team (Nathan Silva, Kate Farley, & Lori Manski) are all tremendously helpful - no pressure, but very knowledgeable. The project manager Mike Brewink was super friendly & seems to really care about the homes he's building. Its a brand-new development & a hidden gem.
