We never thought we could ever have a brand new house built from the bottom up. But, with Ryan Homes we found out it was possible and in a price range we were comfortable with. Very excited to live in this new development. The process was surprisingly seamless. Patricia Fehlan is outstanding, she is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We didn’t feel like she was trying to sell us on anything. The area is nice and quiet, rural enough, with a lot of shopping and activities close by, but not too close, which is exactly what we want.
