We recently purchased a townhome villa at Arden Woods in Greenville, SC. Shawn was our sales agent, and the time that she took to answer all of our many questions and even give us a virtual personalized tour of the Arden Woods community since we're out of state was so appreciated. Leon at Arden Woods was able to walk my husband and I through almost all of the floor plans available so we could get a feel for which one would be best for our family. He was also able to give us estimated costs and payments so we knew what we were getting into before signing anything. Our experience with the purchase of our home was very pleasant. Our many question were answered on the initial call. We were then on video call where we were shown the model and given a tour of the grounds. We booked a flight to see our rep and see the land and community in person.
