Therefore, I was carefully observing the parties involved during my home build. I appreciate Jackie for being a honest and diligent Sales Representative. She wasn’t pushy and respected my budget and wants for my home. I appreciate Tiyler ( Loan Officer) for being thorough and available for any questions that I had. She was organized. She did not call repeatedly asking for paperwork. Justin (Project Manager) is a man of his word. He sent weekly progress videos to keep me in the loop. I lived over an hour away. He was accommodating of my schedule for in person meet ups. He resolved any imperfections I found in the home during the walkthrough without any issues.
