Our family currently lives in TN and we were up for the weekend for a short trip to recon the area as my husband was offered a new position. The exact build we’re interested in was the one we got to walk through. It was beautiful, the spots left in spring run are super awesome as well. I’m going to be hard pressed to keep this review brief because I have so many good things to say about our experience building with Ryan Homes at Spring Run. However, one of the best experiences with the entire process was started at the very beginning and it involved our interactions with the Senior Sales Representative - Lindsay Krupp. We felt very comfortable and at home in our meetings with Lindsay as she helped us navigate our very significant decision and the process. She knows her stuff, and more importantly she helps you as you figure out what’s right for you. Other key parties in the whole process include the financing partner (Sarah with NVR Mortgage was great to work with) and the construction Project Manager (Justin was informative and attentive) - both of whom played important roles in our highly positive experience.
