Loren Covan has been extremely helpful with us purchasing a Ryan home. She explained everything in detail. We were actually looking at another home build by a different builder but came to Ryan homes first and she explained in detail so we made an appointment with her for the following day after we were to see the other home. We came back to Ryan kept our appointment with Loren and bought our home. We live in Myrtle Beach so we call Loren for updates and she is more than helpful and very cheerful always.
