Everyone knows buying a house is a long and sometimes overwhelming process, but the staff at Harper Glen Estates has made our experience not only easy but one to remember. I first fell in love with this house while walking through with Paige and Shavonda. They were the first impression & they were so welcoming and answered all the questions I had. Then once I knew I had to purchase a Columbia I told my husband and we scheduled another visit so he could see this beautiful home. We went back and met with Anthony who gave us the true confidence to start the process. He informed us about all the incentives that were happening in the Grand Opening phase and all the extra things we would be getting for no additional cost to us. Anthony has been so accommodating and quick with email responses. Our loan officer Marisa has also been so amazing. Each step has happened rather quickly with full communication between the staff and my husband and I. Marisa was also extremely accommodating with setting up all of our meetings. I know my husband & I aren’t the only customers purchasing a home at Harper Glenn Estates but they sure make us feel like it and we appreciate that so much.
