Being 900 miles from Waverly Springs you have that doubt in your mind that your missing something or you can’t keep your eye on the process and progress and that’s were your project manager comes into play! My project manager was awesome! Devan not only took the time to answer questions he also sent weekly updates either with photos or videos! Ryan Homes has 2 great employees in Collin and Devan and even after the closing they have continued to reach out making sure we are satisfied! So in closing go ahead and take that leap into a new home from Ryan Homes great customer service !

Wow what an amazing experience! Collin was the best salesman. He listened to what we wanted and helped us make the best choice which was the grand bahama. We went back to talk about our choice several time and Collin always took his time to listen to our needs. This was scary for us because we are from out of state. But he made it so simple and comforting. We couldn't be happier. Then the build...Jose..WOW. Step by step he went through every moment with us and opened a app of our home to let us watch every new development on the home. Was so exciting to see. Now we are in our beautiful home and when I say home I mean "HOME" Its a great feeling. Its perfect! Thanks again to you both and all your hard workers who made our dreams come true.

My wife and I were trying to find a house for our retirement and in Waverly Springs we found exactly what we were looking for. We selected a floor plan single store (no basement) and the main characteristics required for seniors: Easy maintenance - Low ceiling making lamps and carbon dioxide batteries easy to replace - HVAC in the main level of the house (not in the attic) , easy to replace filters - Yard 100% maintained by homeowner association Other features - Wide doors making it easy for seniors requiring use of walkers or wheelchairs - Electric range with glass top, very easy clean Although the community is located in the countryside, the infrastructure for internet is fiber optics, particularly important for those who work remotely like me. All these details were with seniors in mind or at least for those not interested to spend time in house maintenance. We came from out of state and during the construction, we received great support from Timothy (seller) and Jose (construction manager). Special thanks to Kris Duncan and his warranty team for the excellent level of service provided. I had around three incidents and they were all attended to in the same week. My wife and I are very pleased with our new home and we definitely recommend Ryan Homes.
