RJ the salesperson was always there Jonny on the spot to provide us with updates! It was a pleasure working with him. We are at a distance from the build site so Chad the project manage has made himself available 24/7 to answer questions about the build. He is unlike your normal project manager. He is very interested in building a home for us that is of good quality. In fact each and every week he sends us a video of the homes progress! Recently he walked the neighborhood showing us on facetime the beautiful surroundings. If you want to settle in a quiet neighborhood before home prices increase check out the Ivy grove. I highly recommend the company and working with Chad as well!

We’ve had a great experience with Chris doing what he can to make sure we’re taken care of. My husband has owned two homes from other big name companies and had issues with irrigation and roof problems. We’re grateful to be in a home with minimal minor imperfections and a team who actually seems to care to fix anything we’ve submitted issue with. I wish there was more attic space but that’s really my only complaint!
