RJ the salesperson was always there Jonny on the spot to provide us with updates! It was a pleasure working with him. We are at a distance from the build site so Chad the project manage has made himself available 24/7 to answer questions about the build. He is unlike your normal project manager. He is very interested in building a home for us that is of good quality. In fact each and every week he sends us a video of the homes progress! Recently he walked the neighborhood showing us on facetime the beautiful surroundings. If you want to settle in a quiet neighborhood before home prices increase check out the Ivy grove. I highly recommend the company and working with Chad as well!

My husband has owned two homes from other big name companies and had issues with irrigation and roof problems.
