I actually went across the street to another builder at 78 South, but the sales person just said to contact their lender and to get them over my documents to see about getting prequalified. But, that is very difficult for me to get all my paperwork uploaded. I am not good on computers. So, I drove across the street and came in to Ryan Homes at 78 North and met the sales person Liz Lisanti. Liz was great! After meeting with Liz I was sold! Liz helped me to complete the online application, which is so helpful because I would have had a really hard time doing it on my own. She also helped me collect my paperwork to get it over to the Allison the lender. Allison made the loan process very comfortable. Working with Liz is very easy. She is very nice.
