Highland Ridge

We are currently building with Ryan Homes and began our journey with Heather, who has been incredibly patient and helpful throughout the process. As a family of seven, we had very specific needs, and Heather took the time to walk us through each floor plan to find what would work best for our family. We ultimately chose the York floor plan with the enclosed loft area, and we couldn’t be happier. Heather has truly gotten to know our family and has been such a joy to work with so far. The financial side of the process has also been extremely smooth. Anthony worked around our busy schedules to meet with my husband and me and was incredibly supportive. He helped us navigate the contract and worked diligently to ensure the deal met our needs. We truly appreciated his flexibility and dedication. Last week, we met Kevin, our project manager, and he was wonderful to work with as well. He walked us through every step of the build process, all the way down to outlet placement, and clearly explained how each phase of construction will work. This is all new and very exciting for us, and we feel so confident knowing we have such a great team working alongside us.

The quality of the construction, the finishes, and the flow of the home are perfect for our family. It’s clear that Ryan Homes, and specifically Luke’s team, prioritizes craftsmanship.
