Under Contact and every day feels like a blessing! Everything has been smooth sailing since the initial appointment with one incredible rep, Omar Banda-Aguilar. When I first walked in the model home, it immediately felt "right". I have been in the market to buy a home for the last year and this community is the perfect fit. The location is convenient to some of the best rated schools and has easy access to Walmart and a soon-to-be Publix, as well as some exceptional churches (shoutout to New Spring Powdersville). As a single mom, having a townhome was the best choice because I don't have to tie up my weekends to maintain a lawn. This community comes with a drive-in garage and double driveway, so there is no challenge for parking. Annnd the walk-in attic is probably what sold me - the amount of storage offered in the Nassau Cove Layout is phenomenal. As far as the building process, I was assigned Charles Yates who is my Project Manager. His communication has been clear, and extremely helpful as a first-time home buyer. Ryan Homes offers a thing called "photo circle" where you can easily see the progress photos along the way. Also, you have access to an interactive floorplan to add furniture and help you envision your space. I highly recommend this community, and I look forward to welcoming some great neighbors to this space.

Love this community .Closer to all amenities and hwy 85. Powdersville schools are an advantage. Pond and nature trail along with this property are the best for nature lover.

The neighborhood is located in a peaceful, quiet setting that is accessible to everything you need and only minutes away from Dowtown Greenville.
