I am a Custom home builder for over 45 years, my wife and I wanted to downsize, we went by Ashton Covey and walked into the model home, and within five minutes looking at the drywall work the paint job the trim work the tile job the kitchen cabinets. I looked at my wife and said this is not bad at all. They did a pretty good job, for a track home.we met Nick and he was very good to us and went through the process to buy one of the houses, when we went through the process ,we met all the project managers. Richie was our project Manager, he & Nick communicated with us every stage thru email and text , with pictures.We were informed at every stage of the process .As it turned out we weren’t able to sell our house.
