Judy was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire initial tour and option selection process. She patiently explained all the upgrade options and finances. Dawn and Nikki were extremely helpful throughout the mortgage process, and Brian was incredibly knowledgeable about the build and thoroughly explained what to expect throughout the process. I could text or email her any day of the week and she was always quick to reassure me that #1 I was not a bother and #2 that my questions were not silly questions. Had it not been for her help I don't know that we could have made this happen. We've been in our new home for a little less than 2 weeks and we love it. Brian the Project Manager who did our walk though is always around and has been very helpful with odd questions we've had as we settle in.
