Just started the process of purchasing through Ryan Homes. Was very weary as a first time home buyer, but Lakita T made the process of choosing the right build for our family a breeze. She was very professional and personable . She thoroughly went through all our options and helped us with the pre approval process. I went into the loan process on the nervous side, but after meeting with the loan officer for their lending company, George K… they answered all my questions and made sure I understood every detail. Next was our preconstruction meeting with project manager, Brett H. Through our meeting, our minds were put at ease that top care and quality would go into our home. He explained every detail about the build we were purchasing and the process. He answered all of our concerns and we left very assured with our decision to go with Ryan homes. It’s still early in the process for us.. but so far, so good. I will be updating along the way
