We purchased a year ago and have had a great experience, from initial sales (Val) to building (Paul) to home warranty (Kris), to current Ryan rep (Shawn). We simply love our cozy, well-built, plan-to-age-in-place home! The neighborhood is friendly, the kind of old-fashioned place where everyone watches out for each other. Borrow a cup of sugar? Feed my pets while I'm away? Get together for dinner or coffee? Yes! Although there are multiple homes under construction, it's a peaceful place. You see people walking, riding bikes, visiting in yards, waving to passersby. The neighborhood has a tree buffer on two sides. The other sides include a horse farm and cow pasture, so you almost feel like you're in the country-- but Walmart/Target/restaurants/library are 5-10 minutes away. People who live here say there's a special feel about this place. I couldn't agree more!

Every aspect of buying a home through Ryan Homes was great, from the sales consultant, to Paul our project manager to Sierra who helped us with the last-minute arrangements. Marcus and Marshay from NVR the loan company helped us every step of the way in getting a loan for the house. Even the closing lawyer Eric was amazing and made sure we knew every detail of the closing and was very friendly. I just can't say enough great things about the whole team.
