The process of having a home built can be a pain but with the right team helping you like these guys; it can be a breeze. The professionalism shown from Zach and Bennett gave us peace of mind. They were both right there to immediately address any concerns we had, and our house came out beautifully done. Even though I didn't have any experience owning a home before, nor am I in construction, these two guys taught us quite a bit which helped us ease into home ownership. Zach at the sales office really helped us through the process! He was patient and accommodating to us through the decision process. We went there about 4 times and in each of those visits, he made sure to answer any questions we had. He was very patient and accommodating to us and our four children. We did not feel pressure into buying, instead he was willing to work with us and see what we're comfortable with. We really enjoyed working with Zach.
