We moved into our new home about a month back. The whole journey of buying this home from Ryan Homes was a delightful experience. Janine from sales office is by far the best sales person we ever came across. She was knowledgeable, patient and very pleasant to work with. She happily addressed our repeat requests for any clarifications, option selections and showings of various models. We can’t thank her enough for her friendly assistance through out the process. She played a big role in we deciding to buy from Ryan Homes 😊 Brian (assisted by Mike) was a fantastic project manager. He kept us updated on the progress of construction and plans on a weekly basis. He responded promptly to all of our requests. He was receptive to any of our concerns and acted efficiently to resolve them. He kept the progress on schedule. There was an approximately one month delay in closing due to water meter approval issue which was outside the control of Ryan Homes. They completed everything in their control as promised. Sharing photos of the progress on PhotoCircle was very much appreciated. We felt being a part of the process, despite of being an out of state resident. Overall, they communicated very well throughout the process, all the way to the closing. They deliver what they promise. You get what you see in the model home for quality. So pay attention to the details while visiting model home and final walk through to make sure it meets your expectations. I would have liked better finishing for painted woodwork. Overall, we are very happy with the home buying experience.
