Don’t worry about the exterior maintenance of your home as lawn maintenance and snow removal will be included with the HOA. Have a boat or jet-ski and are worried about back-and-forth travel? Conneaut Lake is just over an hour drive from Cranberry, PA and under 90 minutes from Cleveland, OH. It is truly a great location for a vacation home from either the Pittsburgh or Cleveland areas.
