Outstanding Experience with Ryan Homes at Hope Pointe – North Myrtle Beach! I couldn’t be more thrilled with my experience working with Ryan Homes on my new home at Hope Pointe in North Myrtle Beach! From the moment I began the process, the team has been nothing short of exceptional. A special thank you to Vincent McDowell, our Sales Representative, whose knowledge, professionalism, and timely communication made everything seamless. His information was always spot on, and I truly appreciated how responsive and detail oriented he was throughout. Also, a big shoutout to Jordan, our builder, and Joseph Natelli – both did an outstanding job with the construction process and providing detailed updates on the home and boat slip. Their dedication and attention to detail made us feel confident every step of the way. Ryan Homes builds beautiful houses, but what I love most is the location! Being between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean, and having the rare opportunity to keep my boat right at Hope Pointe, is a dream come true. What more could anyone ask for? My wife Lily and I are incredibly excited to move in and start this amazing new chapter. Huge thanks again to the entire Ryan Homes team for making this such a wonderful experience!

Buying a home at the new Hope Point community has been such a wonderful experience! My agent, Vincent McDowell has helped guide me through the process smoothly and effortlessly. I had a lot of questions and Vincent was very kind and patient in answering all my questions and getting back to me immediately with any of my concerns. Buying a house is a big deal for most people and this is a very exciting time for me since this is the first time I have ever purchased a house by myself. We met with Vincent in the beginning of looking around at new homes. He was very knowledgeable and helpful about the products. We decided to build with Ryan Homes and then met with Jordan our Project Manager. These guys have been great to work with and we look forward to working with them through the completion of our home.

Hope Pointe is an amazing new community nestled right on the intercostal in North Myrtle Beach. Our family is excited to relocate to SC in our new Ryan home next year! We have recently purchased a home at Hope Pointe, N Myrtle Beach. We have been so pleased with the entire process so far.
