I recently moved into my new Ryan Home, and the entire process was smooth and enjoyable. Everyone I worked with was extremely helpful and professional, making the move-in process stress-free. I’m really loving my new home so far and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Highly recommend Ryan Homes!

I have been so impressed by the level of service provided by the Ryan Homes team at Wrenn Farms, Youngsville. Rob and Jack have been nothing but accommodating at every turn, for my sister (who purchased) and to me who has accompanied her several times to look at her new place. My sister is hugely excited about this next chapter and Rob and Jack have been so great, allowing us in to tour the models several times and answering all of our questions. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you to the entire team, for helping to make my sister’s dreams come true!

This is a review a little overdue, but I want to give so much thanks to Jack and Rob for putting together a gathering on March 28th. This gave me an opportunity to see the people that have already moved in and to actually meet my future neighbors. This meant a lot to me this was something I’ve never heard of anybody doing and they did a fabulous job thank you so much for making this so special I really appreciate you guys. My family came to Youngsville to Ryan Homes at Wrenn Farms looking for a new home. It was in December of 2025 during the initial phase of 10 units. Wow were we impressed. We met the sales managers, Jack & Rob and completed tours of several models, 2 that impressed us were a townhome and a villa. We walked the property and viewed all the available lots that were ready to start construction and wound up spending a half day here. We went home and went to many surrounding developments that were selling in Rolesville, Wake Forest and as far as Zebulon. Although we saw many types of homes, we kept coming back to Wrenn Farms. I’ll tell you why. Of everything we saw, nothing could touch the dedication of Jack & Rob. They were sincerely here to help us. When I talk about the extra mile, they amazed us from start to finish. No pressure sales, a true desire to find a home that met our needs and not their sales quotas. These guys are the real deal. The second selling point, as they are still in phase one of the building & selling stages, the price point for the value of the product could not be matched. I’ve done all the leg work for you. You won’t find a finer home for this price point in the tri-county area. We had an opportunity to meet the construction manager, Grant and project manager, Colin. The caliber and dedication of these men were unsurpassed. We can truly say the people at Ryan Homes employ an amazing network of people that are truly dedicated to the customer. We were so impressed from beginning to end that we bought 2 and are considering more. We feel so confident in our assessment of this group of professionals here that we will certainly consider more purchases. I have met the neighbors and this is an amazing group and so much is about location.
