Wow wow wow what an exciting experience we moved to Baltimore only two months ago and definitely were not even close to buying a new home We were exploring the area and saw the billboard for one Westport and stopped by without an appointment We were lucky to meet Nate as he was leaving for the day after living in Florida for 20 plus years we fully expected him to slam the door on us. Nope, he took off his coat invited us in, made us coffee and shared homemade cookies a client brought him. He gave us the specs about the development, showed us the model homes and didn’t rush us out. He spent over an hour answering questions and the next thing we knew it was dark out. The night view is actually what sold us We did our research that night and felt the value of the home and the stunning views and the vision of what the surrounding neighborhood will become had us back the next day signing the papers We then told close friends about the property and they bought one also Nate continues being proactive and keeping us in the loop about all progress We give the Development and Nate 5 stars Go check them both out ASAP as it’s selling fast and the price is going up
