OneWesport is a beautiful community being developed fronting on the Patapsco River in Baltimore City, MD just off I-295. What makes this development so special is that it is located in the city but away from the city so there is a feeling of being in your own private oasis away from city traffic, noise, etc. but with easy access to all that the city has to offer. I had the opportunity to tour the townhomes that are being built by Ryan Homes. These are beautiful, well constructed 3 and 4 level luxury homes, many with river views. I worked with Nathan (Nate) Silva. Nate was courteous, patient, professional and very solutions oriented. He explained the sales process in great detail, answered all my questions and responded promptly to each of my concerns. There are no high pressure sales tactics. If you are looking for a home in Baltimore city, with easy access to public transit, I-295, I-95, and all city amenities, I highly recommend that you check out the townhomes in OneWestport being built by Ryan Homes. And ask for Nate Silva. You will be in good hands.

Had a tour this week with Tony and again today 12/21/2025 with Nathan. Both were very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Although I'm not financially ready to buy into this amazing upcoming community as a first time home buyer, I was still treated with respect and welcomed. No pressure either, despite having some wiggle room to make a purchase work with a little assistance from my parents lol.
