From the inception of the purchasing process ad initium, Kally consistently demonstrated a remarkable commitment to resolving every inquiry and concern I raised prior to closing. In instances where matters extended beyond her immediate authority, she did not hesitate to escalate appropriately — contacting the central Ryan Homes office or engaging directly with relevant personnel to achieve timely resolutions. Her actions reflect the principle of fiduciary duty and an unwavering allegiance to customer satisfaction. Post-occupancy, I had the pleasure of observing Kent, the Project Manager, whose work ethic is nothing short of exceptional. He is routinely present on-site at or before 5:00 AM — including Sundays — ensuring the quality, safety, and completeness of the development. His conduct epitomizes the concept of bona fide service and demonstrates that he treats homeowners not merely as clients, but as neighbors and extended family. 3 months ago we moved into our home at prairie ridge in Hampshire and it has been amazing so far. Almost a year ago my wife and i were working with Kelly our sales rep and Kent our project manager and those two took care of our every need. Kent has been communicative, understanding, and always helpful when it came to the construction.
