1. What’s the price range and what monthly payment could look like? Homes at South City Towns are competitively priced from the low $300s. Monthly payments will vary based on factors like credit score, down payment, and loan program. Our team will connect you with a preferred lender who can walk you through personalized payment scenarios and help you find the best option for your budget.

2. What’s included in this townhome vs. optional upgrades? South City homes include quartz countertops, LVP flooring, and a 2-car garage as standard. Additional design or optional features may be available depending on the home and stage of construction.

3. How does the buying process work for a first-time buyer? You’ll start with an appointment to review floorplans, homesites, financing, and estimated payments. From there, we guide you through contract, selections (if building), construction updates, and closing—step by step—until you collect your keys.

4. What are the HOA dues and what do they cover (lawn, exterior, amenities)? HOA details vary, but they include lawn maintenance and exterior upkeep, helping make homeownership simpler. Exact dues and inclusions are reviewed during your appointment, so you understand the full monthly cost.

5. What parking is included (garage/driveway/guest parking)? Each townhome includes a 1 to 2-car garage and driveway, with additional guest parking available within the community.

6. How many levels is the home, and are bedrooms on the same floor? Our townhome floorplan is a 3-level townhome. You will have a garage on the bottom floor, once you go up the stairs to the main level where you will have your kitchen, dining room, and living room. Finally, the top floor will have your bedrooms. There is an option to have a 1 car garage with a bedroom on the same level.

7. How long does it take to build, and when can I move in? Timelines depend on the home and stage of construction. Quick move-in homes may be available, or you can build and move in within approximately 4–6 months.

8. Can I tour a model, and do you offer virtual/after-hours appointments? Yes. We offer in-person and virtual tours, and after-hours appointments can be scheduled upon request to fit your schedule.

9. What warranty comes with the home and what’s covered? Every Ryan Homes purchase includes a comprehensive warranty, covering workmanship and structural components, and serviced by our local Ryan Homes Warranty Team for added peace of mind.
