From I-75 Southbound: 1. Take Exit 229 for Moccasin Wallow Road. 2. Head east on Moccasin Wallow Road. 3. Continue approximately 5 miles. 4. Turn right onto US-301 S 5. Turn left onto Rutland Road 6. Turn right onto Spencer Parrish Road 7. Continue onto Spencer Parrish Road until you come to a small roundabout, and continue straight to stay on Woodland Preserve Trail 8. Follow signs to the Ryan Homes model at Woodland Preserve.
From I-75 Northbound: 1. Take Exit 220 and head east on SR 64 2. In 2 miles, turn left onto Upper Manatee River Rd 3. Continue straight onto Fort Hamer Rd 4. In 3 miles, turn right onto Golf Course Rd 5. Turn left towards Woodland Preserve Trail 6. At the traffic circle, take the first exit onto Woodland Preserve Trail 7.
