I decided to go without a realtor and even though Alla worked for the construction company I always felt Alla had my best interest at heart. Even through a difficult closing process, Alla was there to help advocate for me. In addition to Alla, Caydon the project manager made the construction process such an enjoyable experience. Caydon made sure to keep me informed at each stage of the construction process and allowing us to come to the house for a walkthrough at different stages of the construction. Caydon also made the process run smoothly when it came to the inspection and making all the necessary changes on-time. Even after we closed, we found a few minor things that needed to be changed which Caydon was able to help us fix. I am thankful to both Alla and Caydon for making my dream house come true!
