** Update its April, and we are well under way with construction with Ryan Homes at Lost Tree Preserve. Rory has been a fabulous project manager. Very responsive and helpful for us to understand build process. We are excited to see the circle videos of build progress each week and can't wait to see the final result. Thank you!! **Dec 2023 We have only just started the home buying process, but Leah, Annette, and Robert have been super helpful in the contracting and application process. I can only hope the rest of the construction process goes smoothly.

I had been searching for a suitable home for quite some time. I was looking for a one-floor house that I could live in for a long time and had a garage. After narrowing down my choices, I was left with only two locations, and Lost Tree Preserve emerged as the best choice. Annette, my salesperson, was exceptional. She was knowledgeable, respectful, kind, and incredibly patient. What stood out about this development was its genuine sense of community compared to other new construction sites. The houses were not only nicer, brighter, and more spacious but also felt like a welcoming place to live. I believe this location will be perfect for me.

We have built three homes with three different builders and Ryan Homes outshines them all! Michael Freshwater is not just a sales representative, but a customer service expert. He doesn’t shake your hand once you’ve purchased and walk away. He is with you though the finish line. Our closing was delayed at the last minute and Michael was able to get our extra moving costs reimbursed. It wasn’t expected, but it was definitely alleviated the extra stress the delay caused. I doubt there’s any other builder out there that would offer that! The whole experience with Ryan Homes is great - they care about their customers, the homes are built with high standards (there were very few punchlist items when we moved in and they were very minor) and when there is a warranty issue they take care of it immediately. Can’t recommend them enough!
