This is my first experience with Ryan Homes and I’m happy I decided on them. Lori, the site representative is great. Nice woman and very helpful. Happy to call her a friend. The offerings which most builders won’t offer are offered at Ryan. Appliances, granite, decent windows and overall decent workmanship are all evident. The neighborhood is nice. Convenient to things and is going to grow rapidly as this area is primed for significant growth. I never imagined myself living out from the urban core, but to look out my window to the mountain foothills and fresh air reminds me that I made the right choice.
