**I wrote my original review a few months ago, when we had just started building. We move into our new home tomorrow. Ryan Homes has continued to exceed our expectations. Our hone is stunning, they walked us through every single thing, and we are so happy. Jason, the project manager has also been phenomenal during the entire build. I heard from friends who used other builders that we wouldn’t be in contact with the sales rep after we began construction. For us, that was not the case at all: Philip has continued to be in contact and work closely with Jason. We are so happy we chose to build with Ryan Homes! ** We have had a great experience! My husband and I were planning on moving next fall, and I had seen that Briar Creek would be opening a second phase, so I originally called for information on Phase 2. Philip assisted us and has been phenomenal. He has responded to all my questions in a very friendly, professional way. We ended up looking at the home, falling in love with the lots, and are building in phase 1. As it was not the timeline we expected I’ve had a lot of questions and he has never made me feel like any question is too small. He promised me from the get go he would do everything he could to help us build our dream home and he has absolutely done that. We are looking forward to continuing to work with him, then the project manager during our build, as well as our loan officer Seth, who also has been extremely helpful. Both of them have met with us at times that were convenient for us as full time employees with two little boys. We have had a wonderful experience thus far and cannot wait to be in our new home!

Phillip Austin has been our Ryan Construction contact for Briar Creek Estates. Phillip has done an amazing job for us as we walk through this process of having a new home built. Phillip is the consummate professional: As you go through this process you have many questions: He has always been quick to respond with the accurate information that we need. If he doesn't know an answer to a question he will find out for us. He also goes above and beyond his job responsibilities. We flew into Indiana and had one day to put our house under contract before we had to leave and he was working until 11:30 at night to get the answer to the questions we needed. We like that he gives us all the facts and his expert knowledgeable advise but he lets us make the final decision. We never feel pressured to decide one way or another. He is great to work with because he is always positive and enthusiastic.

My fiancee and I just started the process and it has been great so far! Cory was wonderful about walking us through the process from day 1. We were able to choose from a variety of options for our new house and Cory ensured we had all of our questions (no matter how small) answered before making any final decisions. Seth, from NVR, has also been very informative and helpful in walking us through the loan process thus far. Our build is scheduled to begin on June 15, so we will update our review later on, but so far we are very happy with the experience we have had with Ryan Homes and look forward to living in this beautiful neighborhood soon!
