New Homes in West Ocean City

We have been following the progress of Windmill Creek for over a year and were extremely excited in the Fall of 2023 to hear that the community would launch in Spring/Summer 2024. Once we heard that Ryan would be the builder we couldn't wait to see if the Savannah model would be offered...and it was! The Online Sales Team kept us up to date prior to launch and were very informative, Phil and Mariah have been fantastic walking us through our homesite selection and options choices. We are now under contract and look forward to the start of construction and meeting our project manager. With only 90 homesites on 1/3 acre lots (most available with basements), Windmill Creek is shaping up to be a premier community that we can't wait to call home. We will certainly provide updates as things progress.

It’s eight miles from Ocean City and a little further to many beaches in Delaware. My wife and I are long-time OC locals and we've been looking for the right opportunity and location to build our dream house. When we visited the Windmill Creek development and met with Ryan's Phil Spinuzza we knew it was the perfect location. Phil's expertise and easy manner made us feel immediately at home. We were pleasantly surprised by the large, wide homesites. Project Manager Andrew Raines took us from the first shovel of dirt in September to our final walkthrough last week. We could not have been happier with his communication, pleasant demeanor and attention-to-detail throughout the 6-month build. When we discovered Landings at Bayside, the new townhomes checked all the boxes for what we were looking for in our new home. We loved the design, interior choices and working with Jay Carlson.
