When we arrived at the model home for the first time, Richard made us feel very welcome. He gave us a tour and explained everything in detail. He answered all our questions and took the time to do so. We had a great experience. When we went back a few weeks later to make options decisions, Richard again explained all our options and took his time. Melissa from the mortgage division helped us through the loan application process in a very detailed manner. She understood our needs and was very accommodating.
