Communication throughout the process has been excellent — every question or concern we’ve had has been addressed quickly and thoroughly, which has made the experience feel much less stressful and far more exciting. Dante has been especially great to work with. He has gone above and beyond to make sure everything stays on track and that we feel informed and supported every step of the way. His patience, attention to detail, and willingness to help have truly made a difference for us. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and takes pride in his work. My husband and I could not have asked for a better experience in buying our first home together. From the moment we walked into the model home back in December, Chrissy was AMAZING! She is so fun, personable and extremely informative and knowledgeable as well! Chrissy took the time to get to know us and listened to our wants and needs and has gone above and beyond to make sure that we are getting exactly what we want! On top of all of that her communication is top notch. She never lets and email or text go unanswered. I can't stress enough how great she is! I flew in from Richmond, Virginia, not expecting to pull the trigger on a place quite yet. I was more looking to find areas that I may want to move to. When I got to Ryan Homes, Chrissy met me on short notice and we had an instant connection (Jersey connections, lots of laughs). She showed me a few different models and I really got the feeling that the community was one that I wanted to live in. I flew back the next day, put a down payment on a unit that day and was under contract two days later.
