While I'm still in the early phase of my new home purchase and construction with Ryan Homes, the process has been great so far. They had a nice selection of pre-designed floor plans in the development we're building in, so it was easy to find one that met our needs, and their design and selection process was simple and easy to understand. They also included some nice standard features in the home such as James Hardie siding and LVP flooring that other builders typically charge more for. Our sales rep at Ryan Homes in Fost Estates, Michelle Geronimo, and mortgage rep with NVR Mortgage, Kathy Culcasi, have both been a pleasure to work with so far. Both of them are very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive to my questions. The next step in the process is my pre-construction meeting, so I'll write another review as the construction on our new home begins to let everyone know how that process is going.

My home buying process was unique due to many reasons. I purchased the home on my own and prior to departing on a deployment. Never experiencing the new construction process, Michelle and Kathy were there to answer all my questions and guide me to the home I wanted. As many military members will agree, a deployment will really test any situation, relationship or endeavor. This being the buyer and property support team relationship, I felt increased support during my absence, high communication, timely response, and consideration for my difficulties/limitations. My experience with the team at Ryan Homes, particularly the selling agent Noel Bird, has been incredibly positive. As someone interested in an over 55 age community, I had numerous questions about the specifics of the community and my eligibility for a new build. Noel was exceptionally patient and thorough, addressing all my inquiries—even the ones I repeated more than once. Navigating the process of purchasing a new home can be intimidating, especially when you aren't familiar with all the nuances. However, Noel's ability to put my mind at ease made a significant difference. During our visit to the Grand Cayman model, I was thoroughly impressed by its beauty and suitability for my long-term needs, especially considering my mother's mobility issues. Knowing that we could move into a space that prioritizes comfort and accessibility lifts a tremendous weight off my shoulders as we embark on this new chapter. He also introduced me to their lender, Christina, whom I met just days after my initial meeting with Noel. Christina was equally fantastic, providing a detailed explanation of my mortgage options. The seamless coordination between Noel and Christina has transformed what could have been an overwhelming journey into a manageable and even enjoyable experience. They maintain constant contact and are readily available to address . We closed two days ago and are all moved in. Kevin Ghoulson, our builder in charge of the entire project has been phenomenal. He was always available by text, email and phone. And kept us updated weekly via photocircle with updates. Great crew. We're so happy to finally be settled in exactly on due date as scheduled.
