We'd been through months of stress considering paying almost half a million dollars for something that needs more work, isn't really what we wanted, etc. Then we found this neighborhood, and we're so grateful. Not only are we getting what we wanted, picking our finishes (cabinets, floors, countertops)...it's an open concept, clean, modern home everything new and under warranty. Drew also made it easy 🙌 he was knowledgeable, friendly, down to earth and professional. If you're having a hard time in this market, seek out this option. It was perfect for us. If we have to spend more to get back into the housing market at least we're getting what we want for the cost.

Well, our entire home buying experience with Ryan Homes was AMAZING!!! Amanda’s dedication and forthright approach was exactly what we needed. She made the process so easy and enjoyable, answering all of our questions and concerns, and ensuring we felt comfortable moving forward with our purchase. Nolan kept us updated on our build, and answered any questions we had. They even send you weekly pictures of your house being built! I'm glad we went with Ryan Homes instead of the other builder.
