My husband and I are so excited and looking forward to moving to our new home that is being built. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and made us feel very comfortable in making our purchase. Bailee was the best and so informative and just a great person to work with in helping us with our purchase with so many decisions. Sam, the Project Manager, was very nice and helped me download the App so we may receive pics as progress is made with building. It was and still is a great on-going experience in receiving any answers to any questions that come up. We highly recommend them.

I rated my new home 5 stars because "10" wasn't available :-) I'm a very happy new homeowner because of one outstanding salesperson...Tracee Marshall and her expertise in understanding the need of her customers and providing them with the resources of the Ryan's Homes team who go above and beyond in making sure the process is thorough and complete..it all because of our initial visit with Tracee and her guiding me in the right direction to get pre approval by way of Jesse NVR's exceptional loan officer who gave me the opportunity to potentially be qualified to buy our new home...buying a new home takes time and patience but getting the final approval was worth it and Anderson & Sam made sure to keep me informed of the building process by providing pictures of each section built and if I had any questions or concerns, they were there to help answer any questions I had...there's really no words to describe how grateful we are to Tracee, Jesse, Anderson and Sam for all that they've done especially with this new house with all of the outstanding upgrades plus the addition of the future amenities ⛳️😎 We are very well pleased with our new Ryan's Home 🏠 🤗

I have purchased my new home in this very nice community!! Ryan Homes Team were exceptionally professional, personal and very helpful in my entire process. It first begins with the phenomenal site agent, Tracee Marshall, whose knowledge and professionalism is amazing about this community. Then the loan officer and his team, who I refer as the "J" Team: Jessie, his assistant Jessica, Joyce Anne, and Jamie. They were accessible the entire process!! Whenever I had a question or concern, someone was always available to assist me. Now lastly but definitely not least, the Builder's Team, Anderson and Sam, kept me informed and sent pictures the entire time. They were awesome to be my eyes and no matter how many questions I had, they never made me feel like I was a nuisance. My experience with these group of people at the South Harbor has been exceptionally wonderful!! Thank you for making my experience an experience to remember.

Absolutely been the best building process from beginning to thus far. The team is incredible. This is our 3rd new build by Ryan and I can't say enough positive. Its going to be a fabulous neighborhood when finished with a fantastic clubhouse run by an HOA. Hot tub too!
