New Homes in Virginia Beach

Buying new construction wasn't my first choice and the area wasn't at the top of my list. However, after a tour and seeing the beautiful homes in an area on the rise I changed my mind. The staff at Ryan Homes is amazing as well. My sales rep Connie is absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond any expectations to answer questions and address any issues I had. She's the best of the best. Reid the production manager was excellent as well. He went out of his way to make sure the job was done right, communicate updates on construction, and remedy any discrepancies during the construction process.
