New Homes in Virginia Beach

Though we haven't moved into our home yet as it's still being built, our experience with the Ryan Homes team has been great so far. Nolan, Sam, and Dwight have each excelled in their respective roles and made building a new home from across the ocean an exciting process. Incredible communication, weekly photo updates, fast answers... we couldn't ask for a better team! Updated to add: we've closed and moved into our home and would still recommend the Ryan Homes team wholeheartedly! They've been exceptional communicators from beginning to end!

Just purchased my forever home here at Bartlett Station Estates and I am so thankful. Probably the only single woman in a neighborhood of families but I find peace here. Still some construction going on as they continue getting new homes built for my new neighbors. Jade and Cat were phenomenal in the process and so welcoming. They answered question after question and took me through the build as much as I wanted. The neighborhood is quiet at night and located juat far away from US 17. If you're looking for somewhere to live, I highly recommend Bartlett Station Estates.

As someone interested in an over 55 age community, I had numerous questions about the specifics of the community and my eligibility for a new build. Noel was exceptionally patient and thorough, addressing all my inquiries—even the ones I repeated more than once. He also introduced me to their lender, Christina, whom I met just days after my initial meeting with Noel. Christina was equally fantastic, providing a detailed explanation of my mortgage options. She allowed me the time to process the information at my own pace, ensuring I felt comfortable with the choices available to me. The seamless coordination between Noel and Christina has transformed what could have been an overwhelming journey into a manageable and even enjoyable experience. They maintain constant contact and are readily available to address . We closed two days ago and are all moved in. Kevin Ghoulson, our builder in charge of the entire project has been phenomenal. He was always available by text, email and phone. And kept us updated weekly via photocircle with updates. Great crew. We're so happy to finally be settled in exactly on due date as scheduled.

My home is under construction now, and we can’t wait to move in. We were looking for a 55+ community that offered basic amenities, as we just don’t use clubhouses or pools that drive up those HOA fees. We found what we are looking for in Baxter Station. We are looking forward to single floor living with a beautiful large yard for our dogs and some elbow room! Noel was wonderful through the sales process and was always available for any questions we had( which were a lot!)
