We decided to downsize in 2025. After looking at a few Ryan (and other builder) communities, we were overwhelmed a bit. Heritage Village was our 2nd to last visit, but it quickly became clear that this is where we’d build our new home. We went to look here because they offered the Aviano ranch. We have friends that have lived in this model for years and we loved the layout. Our sales representative (Jenn Spahr) met us at another community to see a model and then we returned to Canal Fulton to look at lots. Jenn made our process simple and put us at ease. She still does that today. One last shoutout to our NVR Loan Officer, Sarah Nicole Post. She has been very quick with information and easy to work with. At this stage of the building process everyone we have worked with at Ryan has been great.
