Nice product, a lil costly though

Our 5 star rating is specifically for our PM (Brett) and his team! Our experience with our sales rep and NVR is an entirely other story that we won’t get in to here (however there is a new sales rep in our community, Justin, and based on the brief interaction we had with him last week he seems great). We love our new home at Hidden Chase! Brett was communicative, honest, and up front throughout the entire process. He kept us in the loop through every stage of the build and was patient when we had questions. We did have a pretty awful warranty issue occur in our first week living here, but Brett/Ryan Homes were quick to take care of us and our home. As first time homebuyers, this was greatly appreciated and their attentiveness and speed to jump into action did not go unnoticed by us. Overall, we feel the house is well built and the layout is perfect for our needs. We’re looking forward to making this place home!
