Recently my wife and I explored the Klein Mills neighborhood as we are relocating from Charlotte, NC to move closer to family. We were pleasantly surprised by the high quality of this 55+ neighborhood. The sales team there; Adam, Leah, & Chandler are second to none. I would score a 10 but 5 stars is their highest. Their home plans are beautiful, well thought out, and are loaded with all the features most developers charge extra for.
