My wife and I recently contracted on a new build home in the Mayberry development located in Stewartstown, PA. My husband and I are an over 65 couple who did not want to move back into a 55+ community as we rarely use the amenities that are offered and paid for in our monthly assessment. The sales agents at Chestnut Ridge, Dan Emmerson and Shane Gross, were very understanding and empathetic to our circumstances. Dan has worked patiently and consistently during the purchasing phase to help design and customize a home suitable to our needs, a home just the right size including a bedroom and bath on the first floor, hard to find these days. Numerous options included structural customization beyond our expectations. Dan has spent multiple hours with us and our son answering questions about NVR Ryan Homes, the area, the house model, purchasing, finance, and the option selection process. We just listened to our first podcast consisting of an NVR/Ryan team, educational but enjoyable at the same time. It is good to know after we signed our contract they just didn't leave you there, they keep in touch and continue to explain and continue with you throughout the entire process. We are excited and looking forward to the next stage, permits and breaking ground, and we have already been introduced to the Nick, the Project Manager on site.
