If you are looking for a new home look no further than Ryan Homes. This is the 1st home we’ve built and Shannon Wilson (sales Rep) made the process effortless. Shannon answered every question we asked and went above and beyond in helping us all the way thru to closing , even sent pictures of the progress. Devin Wright was our project manager for the new home build. We were not in NC while the home was being built but it didn’t matter because Devin kept us up to date with weekly video clips and pictures detailing the week’s progress. Every question (there were many) was promptly answered. We loved that Devin pays attention to the details and took pride in delivering a quality home. Shannon and Devin always had a smile and were there for us every step of the way. What struck me was that they both love working for Ryan Homes and were proud of their product.

Excellent home buying process from start to finish! Devin Wright was our project manager and did a fabulous job communicating regularly with us about progress and timelines. He was proactive throughout the project, addressing any issues that arose promptly, and always responded quickly to our questions. Devin made the home building process special, and we're super happy with the final result.

We just closed on our new Ryan Homes house at Smith Villages in Troutman, NC and are settling in very easily. We have to say we were extremely pleased with the entire build process and our Project Manager, Devin Wright. He is not only very personable but very knowledgeable in his position. We were not local to the area so everything was done through emails mostly and there was never a time he did not respond quickly. He also kept us up to date with photos and videos during the build process through the photocircle app so we could see every step and get any questions/concerns answered. He took all the time needed to do a walk through prior to the sheet rock going up so we knew how everything was done. The final walk through was spot on and he explained everything we needed to know. Even now that we have closed on the house he has continued to be here to answer any of our concerns. We just can't say enough about him professionally along with just being a caring, nice person for whom we are grateful we had for our project manager!

I just recently closed on my townhome in Smith Villiage in Troutman. The whole experience was amazing especially working with my project manager, Devin Wright!
