New Homes in Calabash

I recently purchased a home from Melissa in the Sterling Oaks Community. She made this process such a pleasant experience. She was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Even when I had a construction/design question she went out of her way to sit down with the blueprints to find the answer to my question. Melissa made us feel extremely welcome and excited to be part of this community. I would highly recommend buying a house from Melissa.

We entered the sample home at Sterling Oaks and was greeted with a beautiful smile by Melissa Ferrell. We were impressed by her professional traits and was able to give us information and insights of buying a Ryan's Home. She was able to walk us thru our fears and show us a positive outlook for purchasing our dream home. Melissa is definitely a asset for your company. We are now 6 weeks away from being a homeowner in this beautiful community. We are so blessed. Sincerely, Dolores (Dee) and Robert (Bob) Cooley

I've just made the decision to purchase here, and this is a well-planned development. The townhomes area has ample green spaces with wide roads, so it doesn't feel cramped. There are sidewalks throughout, walking trails, several play and park-like areas, and a pier on the intracoastal making the area feel like a community rather than a complex. The Ryan Homes teams are great to work with! Vincent has gone above and beyond to get me into a home that fits my needs and Nicole was great on getting me the best possible financing for my budget. I highly recommend the Hope Pointe community and Ryan Homes!

We have had an incredible buying experience with Ryan Homes in the new Hope Pointe neighborhood in North Myrtle! Vincent has been amazing and is so knowledgeable. We have purchased multiple homes, manage Airbnb’s, and have renovated multiple homes, so we are well versed in the process and Vincent has been able to answer every question and has been incredibly helpful. We are so excited to make our move and can’t wait to raise our boys in Hope Pointe!

While visiting the Hope Pointe community we could feel just how welcoming and special this site is. It became apparent that the people who are moving there are seeking the same kind of dream destination that we are. Our sales representative, Vincent exceeded our expectations! While we are investing in our future dream home Vincent invested his knowledge, talent and genuine commitment to making our experience truly memorable in a meaningful way! We are well pleased! Jake Alexander is the best person I have worked with! He was a million times better than my realtor was. I didn’t need a realtor Jake spent more time with me and was so knowledgeable about the homes in the development and was amazing helping with selections. Jake was so professional and didn’t rush me when I changed from the townhouse to a two story to the ranch. Jake needs a raise for sure.

Vincent was a great sales representative and would recommend him for purchasing a home at Hope Pointe in Cherry Grove

Outstanding Experience with Ryan Homes at Hope Pointe – North Myrtle Beach! I couldn’t be more thrilled with my experience working with Ryan Homes on my new home at Hope Pointe in North Myrtle Beach! From the moment I began the process, the team has been nothing short of exceptional. A special thank you to Vincent McDowell, our Sales Representative, whose knowledge, professionalism, and timely communication made everything seamless. His information was always spot on, and I truly appreciated how responsive and detail oriented he was throughout. Also, a big shoutout to Jordan, our builder, and Joseph Natelli – both did an outstanding job with the construction process and providing detailed updates on the home and boat slip. Their dedication and attention to detail made us feel confident every step of the way. Ryan Homes builds beautiful houses, but what I love most is the location! Being between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean, and having the rare opportunity to keep my boat right at Hope Pointe, is a dream come true. What more could anyone ask for? My wife Lily and I are incredibly excited to move in and start this amazing new chapter. Huge thanks again to the entire Ryan Homes team for making this such a wonderful experience!
