Our experience building our new Ryan Home has been nothing shy of amazing! Every member of the sales, financing & construction team has made this journey so enjoyable! Jade has been particularly instrumental in bringing our dream to reality... We were shocked to discover just how easy & AFFORDABLE building our dream home could be! She walked us through every step of the planning & purchasing process and has continued to be a valuable resource to us throughout the build. We are delighted to see her smiling face every time we come into the neighborhood to check on the progress of our beautiful new home! We feel very fortunate to have such a dynamic team managing our build. David has been particularly wonderful, bringing his own unique strengths and expertise to the job. He has been so helpful in the past couple of months, being super attentive and responsive to our needs and ensuring strict adherence to all safety regulations, protecting our new home and the individual contractors providing service for us during this pandemic. We have come to know and respect every member of the Ryan team and highly recommend them to anyone considering building a new home.

We recently moved to The Villas at Rivanna Village and love our new home. The location is perfect--lovely scenery and far enough from the city to be peaceful, yet close enough to be able to easily reach everything you need. In the Villas, your lawn maintenance, weeding and mulching, snow removal (including your driveway, if your car is not parked there) and trash removal is all done for you. What's not to like?! This is truly the friendliest, most fun street on which we have ever lived. There are only three Villas left for sale, so come be our neighbors. The other side of the development, with which we will share amenities, has single-family homes and towns. So if you need something a bit different, you can find it there as well.

We purchased our first home and closed at the end of July 2019 and along the way we worked with several wonderful people with the Ryan Homes group. Leigh, Jade, Kyle, Frank, Rhonda and their support staff were all very helpful throughout the process. They are obviously a well oiled machine and like any real estate transaction, it was stressful - but between their team and our realtor, Vicky Thompson with Long and Foster, all of our questions and issues were addressed in quick fashion. Overall, we are really enjoying our new home and we are enjoying watching the neighborhood “grow”!

Sales team was helpful and knowledgeable, effective points of contact for the start of the process. Construction kept mostly to planned timeline, I feel quality was overall good and a few things effectively fixed/ improved after; communication could have been better with that part. Of course, you have to be okay with a few limits of living in a planned community and finite options with limited flexibility. A few small things that I wish we could have done differently. HOA has had a few hiccups so far but that’s due to the developer interfacing with Nest and not Ryan Homes’ fault. Overall we are pleased with our new home and look forward to the community’s further development.

I think within a week of meeting Jade & viewing the model home, we were nearly 100% on board. Because of how Ryan Homes and NVR (Liz, on the finance side of things) carefully walked us through each step, our complete confidence was won. Every question along the way has been answered, and without delay (or attitude :)). Frank and Jon took us into the building stages of the home and covered everything we needed to know - before, during and after groundbreaking. So the same thoroughness, professionalism, and friendliness was still very much a part of this team. Everyone works so well together! Ryan Homes seems to employ great hearts, not just staff. Our kids have loved meeting everyone & watching the progress too! So ... we are really looking forward to our move-in, the completion of the park area next spring/summer, and we are looking forward to getting to know our neighbors better. Cheers!
