We recently referred a client to Ryan Homes at Lomond Village, and the experience has been fantastic from start to finish. Kathryn Piper was the Ryan rep and has been phenomenal. The community itself is thoughtfully designed, the homes are well laid out, and the entire process felt organized and transparent—exactly what you want with new construction. One of the biggest highlights of this neighborhood is the school option. Lomond Village feeds into The Pennington School, a charter school with an 8/10 rating, which was a huge deciding factor for our client. As a parent myself, school quality matters a lot, and this is actually a school I’ve personally looked into and would strongly consider sending my own kids to. The location, neighborhood feel, and access to quality education make Lomond Village a standout option for families looking for new construction in the area. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ryan Homes here to friends, clients, or anyone looking for a smart long-term place to call home.

I have to say I am highly impressed with Ryan Homes ONCE AGAIN! This is my second time buying with Ryan Homes and here in Virginia you are working with the BEST sales team, construction team from start to finish! I have been shopping for a new construction home in NOVA for a few months now and I have heard all the sales pitches out there but only with Ryan Homes do they allow you to pick your finishes from the floors, cabinets, kitchen counter tops, bathroom counter tops, style of the home for all your fixtures, with tons of options for backsplash’s, and they give you options to pick from to add an additional room or a study as an option. There are a lot of builders out there in NOVA but they are not Ryan Homes. This is truly a customizable home to your liking at very affordable starting prices. Ryan Homes is the most transparent home builders I have ever worked with. Every step of the way as your home is being built there are photos being taken, you can come out to see your home being built each week of you like and ask as many questions as you like to the project manager, your sales rep and if there are any issues they will resolve them or get you an answer quickly. The location is right off Sudley Manor in Manassas as they are taking over that former commercial area over there the location is nice an quiet from road noise, easy access to the interstate and about 35-40 minutes from the DC metro area and about 25-35 minutes from Dulles International Airport. So it’s a prime location. Oh and let me tell you, Ryan Homes home warranty is a very easy process with no hoops to jump through. IN YOUR FIRST YEAR, you simply go through your home and look for things like an outlet not working, your carpet not staying flat or tacked down or a threshold not being attached or issues with anything exterior like say siding or roof soffit not seeming to be attached or a piece of your flooring seeming to not be right. You find the issue, take a photo of it on your phone, go on the Ryan Homes warranty website and simply submit a claim. I did all of that in my first year and within the same week the warranty repair person was in contact with me and scheduling to come out to see the issue within the week. I have never had an issue of getting the matter resolved with a week even when it came to a contractor coming out to fix the issue. Ryan Homes as amazing customer service and they really do deliver on what they promise. My sales rep Marion just listened to me on exactly what I was looking for and wanting in my new townhome at Parkridge West and she delivered on all of it. I was able to get in early in the community for their grand opening and BOY OH BOY THEY HAVE SOME NICE INCENTIVES to go under contract. I am looking forward to watching my new home being built. So if you’re looking for a new home in the Manassas area do stop by and see what Ryan Homes has to offer.
