New Homes in Virginia Beach

Ryan homes has been amazing through this entire process, especially my sales agent Tracee! She has left no stone unturned since I started this process. As a first-time homebuyer, this was a new process for me which made me nervous but Tracee made me feel like anything was possible! Could not have had a better sales agent and I can’t wait until I move in!

My husband and I recently got stationed in Virginia, on the search of finding a home we came across these beautiful townhomes! We inquired for more information and within a few hours we were set up with a phone call from Tracee, who has made this whole process a breeze! We are first time home buyers and we we’re super nervous, but Tracee assured us that we were making the best decision in the long run. She also helped us build the perfect home within our budget. Our home is finished late April and I can’t wait to be living in this community!
