But from the start, I felt comfortable with Tuck and her team. She was straightforward and honest, and I could tell she meant what she said. She mentioned that prices were going up $5K the next day, which is a common sales tactic, so I took it with a grain of salt. I decided to move forward anyway, and sure enough, the prices did go up exactly as she said. That built a lot of trust for me right away. The customer service is exceptional. Their knowledge, expertise, and the way they walk you through the entire buying process makes everything feel manageable and clear. The buying process itself was smooth, and I always felt informed and up to date. There were no surprises, just good communication and steady guidance all the way through. Now I’m in my new home and really loving it. Like any new home, there have been a few minor issues. But the support has been outstanding. For example, I had a light that wasn’t working, and I got a call the very next day to schedule an appointment to fix it. That kind of responsiveness matters. Overall, I’m very happy with my decision.
